It had been a LONG day for Cordelia Chase. Between barely getting any sleep the night before, having her mind and body torn apart by the vision from HELL, and being left alone on baby duty for the day ( a job she rarely ever minds, but it would be a hell of a lot easier to do if every muscle in her body didn’t ACHE, and she could keep her eyes open for more than a minute at a time ), it doesn’t take long at all for exhaustion to sink in. Even the mere idea of trying to make it back to her own apartment is far too much right now – and besides, she knows Angel will totally freak if he came back to an empty hotel – so it’s not long before Cordelia finds herself curled up in the center of Angel’s bed, body forming a protective shield around the baby beside her.
( And really, it’s no surprise at all that she’s already out like a light mere minutes later. )

There’s a lot of people I interact with often, but some of
my ultimate baes on this account that I write with literally
all the time are ofvampsouls, buffyannesxmmers (I actually

overallsandcrayons (we actually have a ton of threads, I’m
just really slow with them since they’re on the longer side),

Because my love for Cordelia Chase knows no bounds, tbh.
She’s one of my favorite characters ever - I really love how
multifaceted she is, and how we get to watch her grow. I
know she’s not perfect (she’d be boring if she was), but she’s
still pretty damn great to me. Also, I made this blog because
Cordelia Chase deserved SO MUCH BETTER than all the
shit she got at the end of AtS (for those of you who don’t know,
she was possessed, pretty much raped, impregnated, and
shoved into a coma– - for the development of male characters,
what a surprise), & even this is only fanon, I want to give it to her.

is the only OC I’ve ever really consistently clicked with so far,
but boy have Rock and Cordy clicked. I can’t believe we only
have like two threads with them so far (plus one more on
derzimt) because it just feels like… so much more??? Like how
can they only have two threads when my Cordelia’s as in love
with Rock as she is with her most developed canon ship
partner??? It’s so surreal and I absolutely adore it. And of
