Name: Persephone
Gender: Female
General Appearance: Persephone is thin with delicate features. She has light brown hair, green eyes, and pale skin. As an adult, she’s around the same height as Willow— about 5’5”.
Personality: Quiet and intelligent, Persephone prefers to watch rather than partake in most situations. This leads to her perceptiveness and fascination with new things, though both traits clash with her fundamentally antisocial nature. Her favorite pastimes are reading, playing music, and observing the vampire clan she lives with— not that there’s much else to do in the dystopian Sunnydale she was raised in.
Special Talents: She has perfect pitch, especially with the piano.
Who they like better: Cordelia. Considering that her parents are soulless vampires, neither one has a sparkling personality, but Willow is the more sadistic of the two which Persephone dislikes. Cordelia also played the more maternal role out of her two parents.
Who they take after more: Willow, though her perceptiveness comes from Cordelia.
Personal Head canon: She sometimes wishes she wasn’t the only ensouled being in Sunnydale who isn’t in hiding or enslaved, because being the only one with free will that has even some semblance of a moral compass gets old after a while.
She’s not frightened or disgusted by blood because she sees it all the time.
Footnotes (taken from canon based on Connor, who’s also the child of two vampires): Instead of being a full-fledged vampire, she’s a half-demon who still has a soul. Persephone has the typical abilities of a vampire, but she’s unaffected by traditional vampire weaknesses, lives mainly off of normal human food, and cannot assume a vampire’s “game face.” She also lacks the vampires’ undead nature, so there is a limit to just how much damage her body can endure.
