Tara listened, realizing how much this kind of magical power was unknown to her. But after all that had happened to her memory… she didn’t particularly want to delve into any kind of magicks that were capable of inserting thoughts into another being, so she would settle for taking Cordelia’s word on everything involving her visions.
“Okay… I-I can get this glass cleaned up,” she offered, standing up and taking a few steps nearer to the apartment’s kitchen again. “D-do you have a broom?”

“Yeah, I do.” Cordelia replied. After a moment she stood as well, albeit much more slowly. She felt a wave of nausea hit her the second she straightened up completely; aspirin had never sounded like a better idea than it did right now. “It’s in the closet next to the kitchen.” she added, almost as an afterthought.
“I’ll be right back.” Leaving Tara on her own for a moment, Cordelia quickly ducked into the bathroom. She opened up the medicine cabinet and pulled out a small orange bottle. Unscrewing the lid, the Seer shook five white pills into the palm of her hand– they were at least two times over the dosage she should be taking, but this was what it took to keep the pain at bay now. Cordelia managed to dry swallow them all with practiced ease– she didn’t want to go to the kitchen and get water for fear of Tara noticing just how much medication she relied on.
