“H-how do you know what warehouse it w-was?” asked Tara, fascinated by the ins and outs of how Cordelia’s visions worked. She listened intently, her eyes widening with fear at the thought of demonic spider beings. “D-do you want me to d-drive you to wherever Angel is, so you two can talk?”

She hadn’t had anything to eat since breakfast, having come straight from Sunnydale, not wanting to stop anywhere along the highway in case she changed her mind and returned to the Hellmouth before arriving at LA. But the urgency of Cordelia’s vision and the idea of being useful in some protective mission felt more important than whatever hunger she was experiencing at the moment.

“The Powers That Be usually… show me, one way or another.” she explained. “Either a flash of an address, or a crossroads nearby, something like that. There’s no point in getting these visions if we don’t know where things are happening.”

Cordelia smiled appreciatively at Tara’s offer. “It’s okay. I can call him in the morning, since everything’s written down.” she replied. “Plus, it’s probably a good idea sleep off this killer migraine before going anywhere. But thank you, for offering.”
